Cancellation Policy

At Sidhartha Enterprises, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order clothing. As each order is processed and prepared specifically based on customer requirements, we have established the following cancellation policy to maintain transparency and ensure smooth operations.

1. Order Cancellation Window

●       Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of successful payment.

●       After 24 hours, the production process begins, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the permitted time frame, please email us with your order details at:

3. Refund on Cancellation

●       If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

●       If payment was made through a third-party payment gateway, processing charges may apply as per the gateway provider’s policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

●       Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.

●       Since all our products are custom-manufactured, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once production has started.

5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Sidhartha Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If such a cancellation occurs from our end, a full refund will be issued promptly.
