2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

●       All orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

●       Upon confirmation of payment, the order moves into the manufacturing stage.

●       Manufacturing timelines range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

●       Once manufactured, your order is shipped directly from our warehouse.

●       Estimated delivery time is:

○       Domestic: 2 to 5 business days

○       International: 5 to 8 business days

●       Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance.

4. Payments

●       All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.

●       Accepted payment methods will be shared upon order confirmation.

●       All international transactions are subject to applicable currency conversion fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Currently, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made or wholesale orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error. If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
