Refund Policy

At Sidhartha Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business—custom-made and wholesale clothing—refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

●       The product received has a manufacturing defect or quality issue


●       You receive the wrong item(s) from what was ordered


●       The order was cancelled within 24 hours of payment (as per our Cancellation Policy)


●       The order was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., raw material unavailability)


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

●       Change of mind after order confirmation


●       Delays caused by courier services or customs in international shipping


●       Orders cancelled after 24 hours


●       Minor color variation due to screen differences or batch dyeing


●       Slight measurement variation within acceptable limits (±1 inch)


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for the refund

  3. Attach photos or video evidence of the defect/damage, if applicable

Your request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Refund Processing Time

●       Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days


●       The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment


●       In case of a third-party payment gateway, any service charges deducted are non-refundable
